Omnia Bpo Services

Omnia Bpo Services is located at House No. 202 D/3 in Govindpuri, right in the Kalkaji area of New Delhi. It’s a typical office setup in a busy part of town. We handle a lot of different tasks for other companies, mostly things like answering phones or sorting through data that they don't have time to do themselves. The office isn't very big, and it can get quite loud with all the talking and typing going on at the same time. We have a group of people here who come in every day, put on their headsets, and just get to work. Govindpuri is a crowded place, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. It’s just a place where work gets done so people can get their paychecks. Sometimes we have tea breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. We try to keep the computers running and the internet stable, which can be a challenge sometimes in this part of Delhi. If you walked by, you might not even realize there's a BPO office inside this house, but we’ve been operating here for a while. We just take things one day at a time and keep our heads down to finish the tasks.
