Omnia Bpo Services is located over in New Ashok Nagar, which is right on the edge of Delhi and Noida. If you know the area, you know it’s packed with small businesses and people everywhere. Our address is Ndel-16, and it’s a busy little office we’ve got. We do various types of back-office work, mostly data entry and some customer support stuff for different clients. It’s not a fancy glass building like you see in the tech parks. We are in a regular building with stairs that are a bit narrow. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and headsets. It gets pretty loud when all the staff are on the phone at the same time, especially during the afternoon rush. New Ashok Nagar has a lot of good food stalls nearby, so the staff usually goes out for lunch together. We started with just four computers and now we have a few more. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of the Delhi summer, so we have a few extra fans around the room to keep things moving. We don't have a big human resources department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out in the middle of the office. It’s a gritty place but we get the work done. Most of us take the metro to work because parking a car in New Ashok Nagar is basically impossible.
