Omnia Bpo Services

Omnia Bpo Services is a bit different because we aren't in a big city office. We are located at Kannithattil House in Muttannur, which is in the Pattannur area of Kannur, Kerala. It is a family-run kind of setup in a house, which makes the atmosphere very relaxed. We handle BPO work, which basically means we do a lot of data work and phone calls for other companies. Living and working in Kerala is great because it’s beautiful, but sometimes the rain gets so heavy it’s hard to hear anything else. We have our computers set up and we just get to work every morning. We don't have a corporate HR department or a cafeteria; we just eat in the kitchen together. It’s a very simple way of doing things. We are just a group of local people who know how to use the tech and get the job done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow in our part of Kannur, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some global giant. We just want to provide decent service from our home here in Muttannur. Most of the people working here are friends or family, so we get along well. We don't care much for fancy titles. We just show up, do the tasks we are assigned, and go about our day. It’s a quiet life, and we like being able to work from the house and stay close to home. It works for us.
