Omnia Bpo Services

We operate Omnia Bpo Services out of Vivek Vihar in the Shastri Nagar area. We are right near a local landmark called Kapil Ki Kothi here in Saharanpur. It’s a decent-sized office on a street that gets quite a bit of traffic during the day. We have several rows of desks with computers where our staff sits. It's usually quite noisy because everyone is on the phone at the same time. You can hear the hum of voices from the moment you walk in. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. There’s just a small area near the door where people can wait. The water cooler is in the corner, and it’s usually where people stand to take a break. We handle a lot of calls and data work for different people. It’s not the most exciting job, but it keeps us all working. My desk is near the back where it’s slightly quieter, but not by much. The windows look out onto the street, and I can see the tea stall across the way. Sometimes we order tea from there when we have a long shift. Saharanpur is a nice town, and being in Shastri Nagar makes it easy for the staff to get to work. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything. We just come in, do the work for the day, and go home. It’s a practical business run by local people. We keep things moving as best as we can.
