Omnia Bpo Services

At Omnia Bpo Services, we operate out of Gh-9/40 in Paschim Vihar. This is in New Delhi, and it is more of a residential-looking block than a big business park. We have our setup inside one of the units there. It is full of computers and headsets since we are a BPO. The room can get pretty noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a canteen. Most of us just bring our lunch from home and eat at our desks or go to a small shop nearby. Paschim Vihar is a nice area but it can be a bit of a commute for some of us. The building at Gh-9/40 is just a regular structure with stairs and a small elevator that sometimes acts up. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decorations. We just have what we need to get the calls answered and the data entered. It’s an honest way to earn a living. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done every day. It’s a plain and simple office life here in this part of New Delhi, nothing more and nothing less.
