Omnia Bpo Services is located at 15/49B in Tilak Nagar. We’re one of those places in New Delhi that does the work behind the scenes. We’ve got a team here that handles all sorts of outsourcing tasks. It’s mostly computer work and phone calls. The office is tucked away, so it’s not something you’d notice unless you were looking for us. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have some scuffs and the chairs are a bit worn out. We don't mind, though, because it’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't into corporate jargon or making things sound more important than they are. We just take the instructions from our clients and get to work. Sometimes it’s a lot of data entry, other times it’s customer support. Tilak Nagar is a busy place, so there’s always noise from the street, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We aren't a massive call center with hundreds of people. We’re a smaller group, and we all know each other’s names. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp and sometimes we stay late when a project is due. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we do here at 15/49B. We just show up every morning, do the tasks assigned to us, and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal of it all. It’s just us doing the job.
