Omnia Bpo Services

We are based at I140/11 in Garwali Muhalla, which is near Lalitapark in Laximinagar. We are at C/O Surendra Verma’s place. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood with tall buildings and thin streets. Omnia Bpo Services is the name. We have some computers set up in a couple of rooms. The wiring is a bit messy along the baseboards, but everything works. We spend our time on calls and doing data entry. It can get pretty noisy in Garwali Muhalla with the bikes zooming past and neighbors talking. We have some heavy curtains to try and keep the sound out. The furniture is just basic office chairs and some wooden tables we had made. There’s a small space for keeping our bags and lunch boxes. Surendra is around most of the time to make sure things are running okay. Laximinagar is a place where everyone is working hard, and we are no different. Our pin is 110092. We don’t have a fancy lobby. People just knock on the door and come right in. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full blast. We mostly just focus on the screens and the headsets. It’s a simple life, just doing the work that comes in and keeping the files updated. We’ve been here for a while and know the local shops well. It's just a regular workplace for us all.
