Omnia Bpo Services

We are tucked away in Laxmi Nagar, right on Street Number 12 near Mangal Bazaar. If you have ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it gets pretty crowded and loud, especially on the busy market days. Our office, Omnia Bpo Services, is located at F-49 B. It is a small place but it fits exactly what we need for our work. We spend most of our time on the phones or typing away at our keyboards. It is a BPO, so the work is steady and repetitive at times. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles here. The air conditioner is usually running because it gets very hot in this part of the building. We are just a group of people working shifts to make sure the calls get answered and the data is entered into the system. It can be a bit chaotic outside with the bazaar so close, but once you step inside, it is just the sound of people talking. We do not have a big reception area or any art on the walls. It is very functional. We have stayed in Laxmi Nagar because it is central for everyone on the team. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner during our breaks. It has a real neighborhood vibe. We do not pretend to be some giant corporation. We are just a local service spot doing our daily tasks.
