We operate out of an apartment in Dwarka, specifically number 243 in the Heritage Apartments. It is at Plot-10 in Sector-11. It might seem a bit odd to have a BPO in a residential building, but it works out well for us. The space is a decent size and we have set up all our computer stations in what used to be the living area. Most of the staff live in the nearby sectors, so the commute is not too bad for them. Dwarka is a nicely planned area with plenty of parks, though we spend most of our time indoors. Our work involves a lot of back-office tasks and data entry for different companies. It is usually pretty quiet, just the sound of people typing and the hum of the air conditioners. We have a small pantry where we make tea and eat our lunch. Sometimes we go down to the local market for a snack if we have a longer break. The security guards at the apartment gate know us by now. We do not have any big corporate logos on the door, just a small nameplate. It is a very simple setup. The building has a lift, but it is often faster to take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We have been working from this flat for a couple of years and it feels more like a home than a regular office. We just focus on our screens and get the daily tasks finished.
