Omnia Bpo Services is based at Wz-539 in Shiv Nagar Extension. We are right near Jail Road in New Delhi-110058. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know where the jail is. The extension is a bit quieter than the main road, which helps us focus. We have a modest office space here. It’s filled with computers and a lot of cables running across the floor that we really should tidy up one day. We aren't a big corporate BPO with thousands of seats. It's just a handful of us sitting in a room, answering phones and dealing with data. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for an eight-hour shift. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the long stretches. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We don't have a fancy dress code. Most people just come in jeans and a shirt. We like it that way. It's a straightforward environment. We don't do those team-building exercises or have big meetings. We just get our assignments and get to work. The neighborhood has some good places to grab a quick bite during the afternoon break. It’s just a regular office doing regular work in a regular part of New Delhi. We’ve been here for a few years and it’s been fine for what we need.
