Omnia Bpo Services

We are over here at H-117 in Sant Nagar Extension, right in the Tilak Nagar area. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, especially with the 110018 pin code crowds. We’ve been running Omnia Bpo Services from this building for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling calls and doing the back-office work that needs to get done. The street gets pretty crowded during the day, so finding a parking spot for our scooters is always a bit of a challenge. It’s a plain office, nothing too fancy, just desks and computers and people working. We like it here because Tilak Nagar has everything you need within walking distance. If you need a quick snack or some tea, there are plenty of small shops just around the corner. We don't really do the big corporate thing with glass walls and fancy lobbies. It’s more about just showing up and getting through the tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of being in this part of Delhi. We know our neighbors and most people around the H-117 block. It feels like a real community. We just keep our heads down and focus on the BPO work. It’s a lot of typing, answering questions, and keeping records straight. We’ve stayed in Sant Nagar because it’s where we started and it feels like home. There’s no huge sign outside, just a small one, but we are easy to find.
