Janakpuri is a busy part of town and our office is right in the middle of all that activity. We do the kind of work you’d expect from a BPO, like handling calls and managing data for other companies. It is a lot of desk work and wearing headsets. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and a small break area where we drink tea. We are just a group of people trying to provide a decent service to the businesses that hire us. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We don't really do the corporate talk thing. We just come in, do our shifts, and make sure the records are kept straight. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, which is just part of living in Delhi. We handle it and keep going. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad most days. We are just a local operation doing our part in the big city. No big mission statements, just daily work and keeping the customers happy. We've been in the same building for years and we've gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the neighborhood.
