Omnia B.P.O. Services

Our office is tucked away in Budh Vihar Phase 1, specifically at D-1/1A. If you know the Delhi-110086 area, you know it can get quite lively during the day. We run Omnia B.P.O. Services from here. It is mostly a lot of computer work and taking care of back-office tasks that other companies need help with. The building is pretty standard for this neighborhood. We have a few rows of desks and plenty of wires running everywhere. It’s not a quiet place, as there is always someone talking or typing away. We try to keep things organized, but in a BPO, things can get a little messy with all the paperwork and different shifts coming in and out. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a lot of local chatter during the lunch breaks. We usually grab tea from the stall around the corner. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. Just a work floor where the real business happens. Being in Budh Vihar means we are right in the middle of a residential-meets-commercial zone, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. We just focus on the screens and getting the data right. It’s hard work, but it keeps the lights on and everyone busy. To be honest, sometimes it feels like we are living here because the shifts can be very long. When the night shift comes in, they bring a different kind of energy to the room.
