We’re located at A-132 in Shankar Garden, which is over in the Vikas Puri area of New Delhi. Since we run a BPO, it’s often quite noisy inside with everyone talking on their phones at the same time. We’ve got rows of desks set up and everyone usually has their headset on, busy with calls. It isn't a glamorous job by any means, but it’s the work we do. The office is in a building that has been around for quite a few years. We don’t have any of those fancy break rooms or colored bean bags that you might see in movies about tech companies. It’s just a plain, functional place to work. We handle calls and manage data for other businesses that need the help. Most of our staff live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for them. Shankar Garden is a nice enough neighborhood, though it can get incredibly crowded on the weekends when everyone is out. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or big words here. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are definitely longer than others, especially when there’s a big pile of files to get through. We keep the air conditioning running as much as we can because it gets stuffy with all the computers in one room. We aren't trying to be the next big thing. We just want to do our jobs and go home.
