Omnia Bpo Services

Omnia Bpo Services is located at Q-138 in Sector 4 of Pushep Vihar. It’s a regular building, nothing too flashy on the outside. We’ve been working out of here for a bit now, handling calls and data for all sorts of things. The office gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. You know how it is in a BPO, there's always someone talking or typing. We try to keep things running smooth, even when it gets a bit chaotic during the peak hours. Pushep Vihar is a decent area to work in. We have our regulars who come in every morning, grab their seat, and put on their headsets. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find ways to make it okay. We aren't into those big corporate talks about changing the world. We just want to make sure the tasks are handled right and the staff gets their work done without too much stress. Sometimes we have a small birthday celebration in the corner with some samosas and tea. Those are the good days. The desks are a bit close together, and the computers are always humming. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to work and go home to their families. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We're just a group of people in New Delhi doing our jobs day in and day out, making sure the records are kept straight and the calls are answered by the end of the shift.
