Omnia Bpo Services

I work at Omnia Bpo Services here in Paschim Vihar. We are on the ground floor at A-4/132. It’s a pretty normal spot in a residential-looking block. New Delhi 110063 is where we spend most of our days. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic, but inside it’s just a bunch of desks and computers. We handle various back-office tasks and data stuff for different people. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything. Just a practical place to get work done. Most of us live nearby or take the rickshaw from the metro station. The street can get crowded during the mornings. We have our tea breaks around the corner. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People walk past the windows all day. It’s a ground floor unit, so you see everyone going about their business. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s just how it is. We keep track of files and talk to clients over the phone. Nothing too complicated to explain. The address is easy to find if you know Paschim Vihar. We just sit here, do the typing or the calling, and then go home. It feels like a regular neighborhood job. There are some trees outside that provide a bit of shade. The office stays cool enough. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. Just working here in 110063 every day. The door is usually open for a bit of fresh air in the winter months. It’s a simple setup with local people.
