Our office is on the second floor of a building in Tilak Nagar, right at 24/5. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it stays pretty lively throughout the day. We are a BPO setup, so there are always people around, mostly sitting at their desks with headsets on. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re inside, it’s just a standard workspace with computers and desks squeezed in. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing away on screens. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of living and working in this city, but we have backups for that. The staff here are mostly local folks who take the metro or ride their scooters in. During lunch, we usually head down to the local stalls or bring our own tiffins from home. It's not a huge operation, just a group of us trying to keep up with the work coming in. Tilak Nagar has everything you need nearby, so it’s a convenient spot even if parking is a nightmare. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the neighbors in the building are used to the hum of our office. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front, just the name on the door and a lot of work getting done inside every day, even when it gets really busy during the evening shifts.
