We are located at Rz-275/A, right across from the Palam Railway Station. If you are looking for us, we are near the Shiv Mandir in Sadh Nagar. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains going by all day and night. It’s a loud area, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office in Palam Colony is where we handle all our BPO work. It’s a lot of phones ringing and people talking on headsets. We have rows of computers and a small break room that is usually full of empty tea cups. The temple nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We are a bunch of young and old folks just trying to handle the calls and data for our clients. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work. Sometimes the power goes out when the trains pass by, or at least it feels like that. We spend a lot of time in front of our monitors. The street outside is always crowded with people heading to the station. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything; we just show up, do the work, and head home. Delhi can be a tough city, but we have a good group of people here in Sadh Nagar who make the day go by faster.
