Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have quite a few people working on the phones at once. You can hear the constant hum of talking and the clicking of keyboards all day long. We have the usual BPO setup with headsets and rows of desks. The building isn't very new, so we have to deal with the occasional leak or a creaky floorboard here and there. It feels very grounded and real. During the lunch break, most of us head out to the local food stalls nearby to grab some samosas or a quick thali for a few rupees.
