Omnia Bpo Services Ltd.(Indian Airline Process)

We are over in Govind Puri, right near Kalkaji in New Delhi. The office is at House Number 422/5. Mostly we deal with the Indian Airline process here. It gets pretty busy because there are always calls coming in or things to update for the flights. It is not a very fancy place, just a regular office setup where people sit with their headsets on all day. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep going. A lot of the staff live nearby so they walk or take an auto to work. It is a loud neighborhood with a lot of traffic and people moving around all the time. We have been at this address for a while now. The work is steady and repetitive, but that is how BPO jobs usually go. We just handle what the airline needs us to handle. People stop by for interviews sometimes and we just tell them what the shift timings are like. There is a small tea stall around the corner where everyone goes for their breaks. It’s a basic operation. We don’t really have big signs or anything, just the work inside the building. If you are looking for us, look for the 422/5 mark on the gate. It’s easy to find once you get into the lanes of Govind Puri. That is pretty much what we do here every day. It's just us working.
