Omnia Bpo Services Ltd(Back Office Of Indian Airlines)

Omnia Bpo Services is located in Sector 17 of Rohini, Delhi, at the A-1/385 address. We mostly handle the back-office work for Indian Airlines, which basically means we are surrounded by piles of data and customer records all day long. Rohini is a busy residential area, so there are always people moving around outside and the local markets are just a short walk away. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space filled with computers and people wearing headsets. It gets pretty loud in here when all the phones are going at once, but that is just the nature of the BPO world. We deal with the stuff that happens after someone buys a ticket, like making sure the details are entered correctly and fixing mistakes in the system. Most of us have been working here long enough that we can do the basic tasks in our sleep. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on where you are coming from in Delhi, but once you are here, it is just about getting through the shift. We don't have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas, just a small pantry where we take our breaks. It is a regular job where we focus on accuracy because even a small typo on an airline record can cause a big headache for someone at the airport later on. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
