Omnia Bpo Services Ltd.(Back Office Of Air India)

We are based on the top floor of B-152 in Ramesh Nagar. It’s a double-storey building and we’ve got the whole upper part for our back-office work. We mostly handle things for Air India, which keeps us pretty busy with data and papers. Since we are on the top floor, it gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have the coolers running all day. The office is full of desks and people with headsets on. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Ramesh Nagar is a nice area, quite residential but with enough shops around. We go down for snacks or a quick walk when we get a break. The stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy files, but we are used to it. We don’t have any marketing people here; it’s just staff doing the actual back-end jobs. The computers are always humming in the background. Sometimes we stay late when the workload from the airline piles up and we need to finish the entries. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. It’s a very normal, local office environment. Omnia Bpo isn't trying to impress anyone with decor. We just focus on the lists and the entries we have to finish before the day ends. It’s simple, steady work that keeps us going through the week.
