Omnia Bpo Services Ltd is based at D-92 in Abul Fazal Enclave. This part of New Delhi is always buzzing with activity. We run a small BPO operation from here, which basically means we spend most of our time on the phones or handling emails for other companies. It’s a lot of sitting and talking. Our office isn't anything special to look at—just some rows of desks and headsets. We don't have a fancy lounge or a coffee bar. Most of the staff are from the local area, so we all know the neighborhood well. It gets pretty busy around here, and parking is always a bit of a nightmare on our street. We've been at D-92 for a good while, and we've grown a bit, but we still keep things very basic. We don’t use any corporate jargon when we talk to each other. We just focus on answering the calls and getting the data entered correctly. It’s a straightforward job, and we try to do it without making things complicated. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at once, but that's just the nature of the work. We don't do any big advertising campaigns for ourselves. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need someone local to handle their back-office stuff. We're just a group of people working in the enclave and trying to stay busy throughout the day.
