Omnia Bpo Services Ltd

We are located at number 27 in Aliganj, which is part of the Kotla Mubarak Pur area. It is a very crowded part of Delhi, and the lanes can be quite tight for cars. Working at Omnia Bpo Services Ltd means we are always on the phones or typing away at something on the computers. The office is busy twenty-four hours a day because of the nature of the work we do. We have shifts that start and end at all times of the day and night. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you are not familiar with these streets. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. We have a lot of computers and headsets, and it gets pretty warm in there when every desk is occupied. We try to keep things friendly among the staff since we spend so much time together in a small space. There is a small tea stall just around the corner that we all go to for breaks. It is not a high-rise office with a nice view. Our view is mostly just the wall of the next building. But it is where we do our jobs. We do not have much in the way of fancy perks or things like that. It is just a place where people work hard to handle the service side of things. We just keep our heads down.
