Omnia Bpo Services Ltd

Omnia Bpo Services Ltd is based out of unit 218 in the Amarpali Apartment complex. This is over in I. P Extension, which is a big residential area with a lot of apartments. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building compared to a commercial tower, but it works for us. We handle BPO services, which basically means a lot of us are on computers and headsets for most of the shift. The atmosphere is quiet inside, even if the building itself has a lot of families and people coming and going. We don’t have a big reception desk with a logo; it’s more of a functional space where we get our tasks done. Sometimes the elevators are slow, or the parking is a bit of a nightmare for visitors, but that’s just life in Delhi apartments. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors mostly know us. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything. Our focus is just on the work we have to do for our clients. It’s a steady routine of shifts and breaks. If you’re coming to see us at 56, I. P Extension, just look for the Amarpali gate and the guards will usually tell you where to go. We have a few small rooms set up with desks, and that is pretty much it. Most of us bring our own lunch and eat in the small break area during our shift.
