We are over at R-39 in the Private Colony of Sriniwas Puri. It’s a busy neighborhood in New Delhi, and our office is right in the middle of it. The building is a regular house, and we use one of the floors for our BPO work. It’s filled with rows of desks and computers. You can always hear the sound of people talking on headsets and the clicking of keyboards. It’s a steady rhythm that goes on all day long. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some posters with instructions and a big clock on the wall. The space is a bit tight, but we manage to fit everyone in comfortably enough. There’s a small area where we keep a water cooler and a kettle for tea. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a truck or something, and there’s a lot of honking, but we just keep working through it. It’s a very functional environment. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy furniture; we are here to handle the tasks we have. Everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. When we take breaks, we usually go down to the street for a quick walk or to grab a snack from the local vendor. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere where the main focus is just getting the day’s work finished. We stay until the job is done and then head home for the night.
