We work out of Sector-9 in Rohini, specifically in Laxmi Apartments at Plot No - 24/3. Our office is in unit 213. It’s a bit of an interesting choice for a BPO service, being in an apartment building, but it works for us. We have a few rooms filled with computers and headsets. It’s not one of those massive call centers you see in movies. It’s a smaller, more personal setup. We handle customer service and back-office tasks for a few different companies. The building itself is a standard residential block, so we try to be mindful of our neighbors when we’re working late shifts. The rooms can get a bit stuffy with all the electronics running, so we keep the windows open when the weather is nice. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes share snacks. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job on the phones and the computers. Sometimes the elevators are out of service, and we all have to hike up to the second floor. It keeps us moving, I suppose. We don't have any fancy logos on the walls. It’s just a practical workspace where we get through our daily queues of calls and data entry.
