Our office is on the 3rd floor at 4/118 in Subhash Nagar. It is one of those typical Delhi buildings where you have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to us. We handle BPO services, which basically means a lot of us are sitting at computers with headsets on for most of the day. It gets a bit loud in here sometimes with everyone talking at once, but we are used to the hum of the office. We are not some massive company with thousands of employees; we are a smaller team just trying to keep up with the work we have. Subhash Nagar is a busy area, so there is always plenty of noise from the street below, but once you get inside and get to work, you kind of tune it all out. We do not have any fancy break rooms or anything, just a small space to have tea and get back to it. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old coffee cups by the end of a shift. It is honest work and we have a good group of people here who show up and get the job done. We have been in this building for some time now and the neighbors know us. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do, and it works for us.
