Omnia Bpo Services Ltd

We’re located over at D 52 in the Old Four Story area, right near Vishal Market. If you know Tagore Garden Extension in New Delhi, you probably know where the Tdi Mall is. We are right in that neighborhood. Omnia Bpo Services Ltd is basically a place where we spend our hours on the phones and computers. It’s a BPO, so you can imagine it’s never really quiet in here. There’s always the sound of people talking and keyboards clicking in the background. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the market change. The office isn't anything special to look at, just rows of desks and a lot of headsets. We handle a lot of calls and data for other companies that need the help. It’s repetitive work, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the shifts are long, especially when we’re dealing with people in different time zones across the world. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. We just focus on getting the work done without making mistakes. It's a practical environment. We have our lunch breaks nearby at the market, which is nice for a change of pace. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our service contracts properly. It gets pretty hectic during the day with all the traffic outside and the noise inside, but we’re used to it. It’s just the daily grind.
