You can find Omnia Bpo Services Ltd. at Flat No-645, JG-2 in Vikas Puri. It’s a residential block, so it feels more like a home than a typical office. We’ve got our setup here in New Delhi-110018 and it’s been working out for us so far. The space is a bit tight with all the computers and desks, but we’ve managed to fit everything in. Sometimes it gets a little loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; you just come to the door and we’re right there. Most of us live not too far away, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic is really heavy. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. It’s mostly just sitting down and getting through the list of things to do. We don’t really go for anything flashy. We just want to get the job done and make sure everything is sorted by the end of the day. Vikas Puri is a busy area, but our little flat is where we hunker down and get to it. It’s not always perfect, things break and we fix them, but we keep moving. That's just the way it goes here at 645.
