We are based out in Dhanbad, specifically in the Jealgora area. Our office is located at Digwadih No.12, right in the Tata Officer Colony. We are in Bungalow Number B59/4. The surroundings are a bit more relaxed than the busy city center, which we actually prefer. We handle business process outsourcing, so there are always people on headsets and computers running throughout the day. The bungalow gives us a bit of space and air, which is nice for everyone working here. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on the tasks at hand. Jharkhand can be quite hot during the summer, but we’ve got the place set up to be comfortable enough for the staff. We’ve been here at this Tata Officer Colony address for some time now. People in Jealgora generally know where the bungalows are, so it's not too hard for folks to find us if they need to. It’s not a corporate skyscraper with a glass elevator, just a sturdy building where we do our daily work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell things. We just take the calls and process the data as it comes in from our clients. It’s a straightforward operation. We like the quiet of the colony and it helps everyone stay focused on the specific jobs we have to do. It feels like a real community here.
