Omnia Bpo Services Ltd is tucked away in Posangipur Village. If you know Janakpur, you probably know how these village areas are. We’re at House No. Wz-13, which is actually the home of Satnarayan Jiwan. It’s a bit different from your typical office park. Being in a residential village area means things are a bit more relaxed, but we still keep busy with the BPO work. There are computers set up in what used to be regular rooms. It gets a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The sounds of the village come through the windows, like the kids playing outside or someone selling vegetables on the street. It’s a real, lived-in place. We’ve been working out of this house for quite a while now. It’s easy for us because it’s close to home for most of the people here. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a reception desk. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle a lot of calls and data entry tasks throughout the day. The lighting isn't always the best and the wiring is a bit of a mess under the desks, but the work gets done. It feels more like a family operation than a big company, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
