Omnia Bpo Services Ltd

This branch of Omnia Bpo Services Ltd is out in West Delhi, specifically Hari Nagar. We are based in the DDA Flats, at Ca97A. Being in a residential area like this makes the vibe a lot different than a typical office district. The neighbors are mostly families, so we have to keep the noise down when people are leaving late at night after their shifts. It’s a small space, mostly filled with desks and wires running along the floor. We do a lot of the same work as the other branch, handling calls and sorting out data for businesses. The building itself is one of those standard DDA blocks, nothing fancy to look at. We’ve painted the inside once or twice to make it look a bit fresher. New Delhi 64 is the area code if you’re trying to find us. We have a small pantry where people can heat up their lunch, though usually, we just order something from the local shops nearby. The power goes out occasionally, but we have a backup system that keeps the computers running for a while. It’s a tight-knit group of people working here. Most of us have been here since the start. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks on the door, whoever is closest just gets up to see who it is. It’s a very basic way of running things, but it works for what we need to do.
