We've been over here at 44 B Sarai Julena for a while now. It's a busy spot in New Delhi, right in the thick of things. Omnia Bpo Services Ltd. isn't some fancy glass tower place, just a regular office where we get through our daily tasks. Most days start early with tea and sorting out the queues. The traffic around Sarai Julena is always a mess, so we usually talk about that when people walk in. We handle a lot of back-office stuff and phone work. It gets loud when everyone is on the line at once, but that is just how it goes here. The 110065 area has some good lunch spots nearby which helps. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything, just desks and computers and a lot of coffee. People come and go, but the core group stays. It is hard work sometimes, sitting under the lights for eight hours, but we keep the wheels turning for the clients who need us. Sometimes the power flutters or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out and start again. That's life in this part of Delhi. We just focus on the lists and the data we're given. It’s a plain office at address 44 B, but we've made it our own over the years. We just show up and do the job.
