Omnia Bpo Services Ltd

Our office for Omnia Bpo Services Ltd is currently running out of the ground floor at Hno-544/6 in Govindpuri, Kalkaji. It is actually part of Mr. Ahuja’s house, and we work there alongside Archana Das. Being in Kalkaji means it is always crowded and there is a lot of life on the streets right outside our door. It is not a shiny office building with elevators. It is just a regular ground floor space where we set up our computers and phones. We do a lot of back-office work, taking calls and handling data for different people. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during the summer when the heat really kicks in. We have our tea breaks out on the corner or just standing by the door for a bit of air. Most of us take the metro or buses to get here every morning. It is a hardworking environment without any of the corporate fluff. We just focus on getting the tasks done for the day so we can go home. We have some regular clients who know us by name, and we do not really do any advertising. People just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the small sign out front. It is a humble setup but we keep the wheels turning.
