We spend most of our time here at A-50 in Bhagwati Garden Extension. It's right on Street 19, near Jain Road in Uttam Nagar. Dealing with data and phone calls is what we do all day. New Delhi gets pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the office going with some fans and a bit of effort. Our team is just a bunch of regular people from the neighborhood. We started this BPO because there was space and a need for work around here. Most of us take the metro or a rickshaw to get to the Jain Road entrance every morning. It isn't a fancy glass building, just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with the local market traffic and the noise of the city. We handle various back-office tasks for different clients who need help with their paperwork or customer calls. It's a lot of sitting in front of screens. We have a small tea break in the afternoon which is usually when we catch up on life. People know us as the office near the corner with the blue gate. We've been in Uttam Nagar for a while now. It's not the quietest spot in the world, but it's home for the business. We try to keep things organized, even when the work piles up and the phone won't stop ringing. You can find us easily if you know the landmark near the main road. That's pretty much it.
