Down in Giri Nagar, specifically at 28 Bal Mukund Khand, you will find our office for Omnia Bpo Services Ltd. Kalkaji is a crowded area with lots of people moving around, and our building fits right into that. We are mostly focused on handling the work that comes through our computers and phones all day long. It gets pretty noisy inside when everyone is talking at once, but that is just the nature of this kind of business. The office is tucked away in a spot that isn't too hard to find if you know the Kalkaji area. We have a small team here and most of us have been working together for a good bit of time. We take our breaks when we can, usually grabbing a quick snack from the shops nearby. The stairs are a bit narrow and the desks are close together, but it works for what we need to do. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that, just a door and some workspaces where the real work happens. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a minute, but we just deal with it and keep going. If you come by, you’ll see us mostly staring at screens and trying to stay on top of the tasks we’ve been given for the day. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone is trying to do their part without much fuss.
