Omnia B.P.O Services Ltd, Okhla is our name. But you won't actually find us in Okhla if you follow our address. We are actually located at C-183, Gali No.2 in Chauhan Banger, Delhi-53. It is a bit of a tight street, like many others in this part of Delhi. We have been working out of this building for some time now. It is a busy place with a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We are not a big, polished corporation with a glass tower. We are just a team of people in a regular office space. The rooms are a bit small and we have a lot of computers set up everywhere. It gets quite warm in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep us cool. We do not have any mission statements or fancy goals to talk about with people. We just show up and handle the calls and service work that we need to do. It is a lot of sitting and typing for most of the day. We know the people who live and work in Gali No.2 and they know us by now. It is just a normal local business. We do not try to make it sound like more than it is. We are at C-183 and that is where we do our thing. If you are walking down the lane, you will hear us.
