We are located at Indrapuri Marg No 1, right off Ratu Road in Ranchi. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise coming from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. This office handles things for Indian Airlines, mostly just the paperwork and keeping track of stuff that needs doing. Dheeraj Kumar is usually around making sure things don't fall apart. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular room with some desks and chairs that have been here for a long time. We have a small tea stall nearby where most of us go around four in the afternoon to get away from the screens for a bit. The traffic on Ratu Road can be a real headache, especially when it rains and the water starts to pool in the low spots. Inside, we just focus on the computer screens and the phone calls. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all just sit around talking until it comes back up. We aren't a big fancy operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us doing our jobs in this corner of Jharkhand. We’ve got some old curtains that don't quite block the sun, so there's always a bit of a glare on the monitors in the morning. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to get through the daily tasks without too much trouble. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the building number.
