Omnia Bpo Services (Indian Airlines Call Centre)

Omnia Bpo Services is located in the Sacred Heart building, specifically at B-4 Shankar Garden. We are right on the Najabgarh Road in the Vikas Puri area of New Delhi. This is the place where we handle the calls for Indian Airlines. It is a very busy environment, and there is always someone talking. The office is basically a big room full of desks and computers. We wear headsets all day and talk to people from all over the country about their flights. Najabgarh Road is always packed with cars and buses, so just getting into the office can be a task. We have people working here at all hours of the day and night. It’s not the most glamorous job, sitting in a chair for hours on end, but it’s what we do. The break room is small and the microwave usually smells like someone’s lunch, but it’s a place to sit for a few minutes. We deal with a lot of stressed-out passengers, and we just try to stay calm and help them out. Sometimes the computer systems are slow, which makes the callers even more upset, but we just do our best. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we have a good group of people here. We just show up for our shifts and try to make it through the day as best as we can.
