About Omnia Bpo Services Air India Process – Tourism in Delhi
We are located on the third floor of the C-34/1 building in Haringar, right by the Clock Tower. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows. Omnia Bpo Services has been running the Air India process from this office for a while. It’s a high-energy environment because there’s always something happening with the flights or the passengers. We have rows of desks and people with headsets on for most of the day and night. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for keeping things running. The Clock Tower area is usually packed with people and traffic, so getting to work can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of typing and voices talking to customers. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. It’s a place where people come to work. We try to keep the atmosphere light, though, because it can get stressful when things go wrong at the airport. Our staff comes from all over New Delhi, and we’ve become a bit of a tight group. We deal with a lot of data and customer queries every single hour. It’s repetitive work, but we take it seriously. We’ve been in this Haringar building long enough that the walls feel familiar. It’s just a normal office doing a specific job for a big airline, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos that comes with travel.
