At Omnia Bpo Service, we are based over in Khanpur, New Delhi, specifically at D-263 Krishna Park on Deoli Road. Our office is a place where there is always someone talking on a headset. It is a local BPO setup, so it is not as fancy as those huge buildings you see in Gurgaon. We have a few rows of computers and people working in shifts to cover the hours. It gets a bit crowded during the peak times, and the coffee machine is always running. We handle a lot of calls and data work for various clients who need help with their back-end tasks. It is not always easy work, and sometimes the days feel very long when the calls keep coming one after another. We try to keep a friendly vibe in the office because it makes the work go by faster. The neighborhood around Krishna Park is lively, and there are plenty of spots nearby to grab a quick snack during breaks. We don’t really go for big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work is accurate and our clients are satisfied with what we deliver. It is a practical business run by regular people who know the value of a steady job. We are just here doing our bit in this corner of Delhi, day in and day out, making sure the calls are answered.
