Omnia Bpo Service Ticketing Line is situated at A-408 on Pankha Road. This is in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi, specifically 110059. The office is right in the middle of all the noise and bustle that Uttam Nagar is known for. We have a row of computers and headsets where we spend most of our hours. It’s a BPO setup, so the phones are almost always ringing with someone looking for help with their tickets. Pankha Road is usually jammed with cars and rickshaws, so getting to work can be a bit of a struggle some mornings. Once we’re inside, though, we just focus on the screens. We deal with a lot of different ticketing issues, mostly fixing errors or confirming bookings that didn't go through properly. It’s repetitive work, but we try to stay on top of it. The office space is simple; we have some desks, some old chairs, and a small water cooler in the corner. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and head home. Sometimes we order snacks from the shops downstairs when we have a long shift. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because the room gets hot with all the electronic equipment. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to solve problems one call at a time without making a big deal out of it.
