We are based out of 77 Lig Flats in Tulsi Niketan, which is over in the Shahibabad area of Ghaziabad. It’s a residential-feeling spot, not like those big glass office parks you see in the city center. We operate Omnia Bpo Service Ltd from here, so it’s mostly just us at our desks with headsets on for a good part of the day. The flats are older, but they give us enough room to set up our computers and keep the files organized. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is on a call at once, but we’ve managed to figure out a rhythm that works for the team. Being in Ghaziabad, we have a lot of locals working here who just walk over from the nearby blocks. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come in, grab their seat, and start working through the queue. There is a lot of data to handle and plenty of customer queries that come in through the system. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually just grabbing something from the local shops downstairs. It is a very straightforward way of working. No one is wearing suits or giving big presentations. We just focus on getting the service work done and making sure the records are updated before we head home. It is a busy little office in a quiet neighborhood, and that suits us just fine.
