Our BPO is located in New Mahavir Nagar at the Wz-6 address. It’s a part of New Delhi that is always on the move, with people everywhere. We have a lot of staff working on the phones and the computers, handling customer calls and data for different companies. The office is a bit crowded because we have so many people, but it works for our needs. It’s a pretty standard call center setup with rows of desks, headsets, and computer monitors. We work in different shifts, so the place is almost never completely empty, even late at night. It can be a long commute for some of our staff to get here, but being near the metro helps out a lot. We aren't one of those huge, famous outsourcing giants, just a local company doing the daily work. New Mahavir Nagar has its own busy vibe, and we are right in the middle of all that noise. Sometimes the air conditioning has a hard time during the middle of summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. The work can be repetitive, but we try to keep the mood in the office light and friendly. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the walls, just the weekly schedules and the task lists. We’ve been at this Wz-6 spot for quite a while now.
