We are located in Janakpuri, New Delhi. You can find us at M-44, New Mahavir Nagar, right on Shiv Shakti Mandir Road. It’s a busy area and the temple nearby is always a good landmark. We are Omnia Bpo Pvt Ltd Of Indian Airlines, and we handle things for the airline. Even though we work with a big name, we are just a regular group of people in this office. The space is filled with desks and phones. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is talking at once. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything. There’s a water cooler and a small table where we eat our lunch. We’ve been at this spot for some years now. The building is a bit old, but it’s sturdy. We don’t go in for fancy talk or trying to impress people with big words. We just take the calls and process the data. It’s honest work. The traffic on Shiv Shakti Mandir Road is always a bit much, but we’re used to it. Sometimes we walk to the main road to get some fresh air. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. We just have a job to do and we do it. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs squeak a bit, but we don't mind. It’s a place where we feel comfortable. We just keep our heads down and work. That is how we have always done things here, and it works for us.
