Mr. Manoj Kumar’s place at Sarai Jullena is where we operate, specifically House No. 150. It’s a New Delhi address, right near the busy roads and local shops. We run Omnia Bpo Ltd. out of this house. It’s a residential area but we have our whole office setup inside the rooms. People come in for their shifts at different times throughout the day and night. We handle calls and data work for our clients. It gets pretty noisy when everyone is talking on their headsets at once. Manoj is usually around the house to see how things are going and check on the computers. We’ve got desks lined up in the main rooms and cables running everywhere. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in Gurgaon or Noida. This is more of a local operation. Sometimes the internet acts up or there is a power cut, and we just have to deal with it and wait. We drink a lot of tea from the small shop down the lane. The neighbors all know us as the house where the office is. We don't really do much advertising or marketing stuff. Most people find us through word of mouth or we already know them from before. It’s a bit cramped when the full team is in for the day, but we make it work somehow. New Delhi 110025 is a busy pin code and there is always something happening right outside our gate.
