Omnia Bpo Ltd

Omnia Bpo Ltd is situated at 37/A, Nangli Razapur. We are pretty close to Nizamuddin East, but our specific street is a bit more tucked away. It can be a little hard to find the first time because the lanes around here are narrow and always full of people and scooters. We are a BPO, so our office is basically a big room with rows of people wearing headsets. It’s constant noise in here, with everyone talking at once to customers. It’s not the most peaceful place, but we have a good rhythm. The building is simple and we don't spend much on decorations. We have a few posters on the walls and a small area where we can take a break and have some snacks. Most of us live in New Delhi and commute in, so the office is always buzzing with people coming and going for different shifts. We aren't some fancy tech startup. We’re just a service center doing the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the headsets break or the computers need a restart, and we just keep going. It’s a busy, cramped, and loud environment, but it’s where we work every day. We don't have any grand promises to make. We just show up, do our hours on the phones, and then head back out into the Nizamuddin traffic.
