Omnia Bpo is over on Nawab Road, specifically in Basti Herphool Singh. This is right in the heart of Sadar Bazar, so you can imagine the noise and the amount of people around here every day. It’s one of the busiest parts of Delhi, and our building at 5998 is right in the middle of it. We run a BPO, which means there are always people on the phones and computers at all hours. It’s a bit of a maze getting here with all the rickshaws and delivery carts clogging up the lanes, but that’s just Sadar Bazar for you. The office itself is pretty functional. We have rows of desks and headsets, and it can get quite loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't have a lot of frills. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the chairs are just regular office chairs, but it works for what we need. People come here to work their shifts and then head back out into the crowd. We handle all sorts of calls and data work for different clients. It’s a lot of repetitive stuff, but we try to keep things moving. The air in this part of Delhi is always thick with the smell of the market and street food. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve just become part of the background of Nawab Road. It’s just a regular workplace in a very crowded neighborhood.
