Omnia Bpo (Indian Airlines)

Down in Azad Pur Village, specifically in Chottu Pandit Wali Gali, you’ll find our office. We handle work for Indian Airlines and it’s a lot of sitting at desks with headsets on. The street outside is usually pretty busy with people and bikes going past all day. Inside, it is mostly the sound of typing and people talking to customers on the phone. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows each other pretty well. It’s not a huge fancy office building like you see in Gurgaon, it’s just a practical space in the village where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity acts up but we have a backup to keep the computers running so the calls don't drop. Most of us take our lunch breaks together or just grab something from the local shops nearby. Working in BPO means the shifts can be at different times, so there is usually someone here at the office regardless of the hour. We deal with a lot of different queries every day, some people are happy and some are frustrated, but we just handle it one call at a time. The address is 129 Azad Pur Village, and we have been operating out of this spot for a while now. It's a tight-knit group here and we just focus on keeping the records straight and helping the passengers who call in to ask about their flights or bookings.
